About
Andrey Pochernin was born in Ukraine and is now based in Israel. He is a portrait and art photographer. He received his psychology degree from Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, Ukraine. He finds it helps him a lot in photography.
Andrey’s projects were exhibited in galleries and festivals in the Netherlands, Slovenia, Greece, India, and Israel.
Andrey’s work has received recognition winning international prizes, including multiple winning entries in Better Photography Magazine “Photographer of the Year 2022” (Silver award), TOP 4% Female Portrait and TOP 4% Male portrait (35awards), 1st prize “Picture of the year” (Local award).
In parallel, Andrey is a photojournalist for the Israeli Air Force.
